What this website is

This website shares information about SAC and lets you send us questions and custom requests. It is not an online store. You cannot place or pay for an order on this site.

Past-work photos

Photos of pieces we have made are examples of past work. They are not items in stock, and showing a piece does not mean the same item, design, or material is available.

Requests are not orders

Sending a custom request is just a request. It is not an accepted order, and nothing is charged. Here is how a custom piece comes together:

• You send your request.
• We confirm the details and give you a price.
• If you accept the quote, Michelle sends a separate Square invoice for a 50% deposit with a secure payment link.
• A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Customers have two hours from the time the Square invoice is sent to pay the required 50% deposit or pay the invoice in full. If payment is not received within that period, the unpaid order may be canceled. Whether the customer pays the 50% deposit or the invoice in full, payment is refundable if cancellation is requested within two hours of the Square invoice being sent. After that two-hour window, payments are nonrefundable. The remaining balance may be paid at pickup, but the order must be paid in full before it is released to the customer.
• Production may begin once the deposit is paid.

Details agreed for each order

Availability, materials, sizes, timing, and any other order details are agreed individually for each request. The specific details for your order will be shared with you for agreement before you pay the deposit.

Materials you send us

If you send us names, photos, logos, artwork, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them and to ask us to put them on a custom piece. Sending them does not transfer ownership to us, and it does not give us permission to use them in our own marketing.

Please respect other people's rights. We may decline any request that we believe could infringe someone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights.

Our content

SAC retains its rights in its original site content and branding. Third-party names, artwork, fonts, and other materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Displaying material here does not grant permission to copy or reuse it. Contact us if you have a question about using site content.

Using the site respectfully

Please use this site lawfully. Do not send spam, harmful code, or abusive messages, or try to interfere with how the site works.

Links to other sites, such as our Facebook page or Square, are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms.
