Send your custom request
Tell us the item, the vibe, the names, and anything else rattling around in your head. Sending it costs nothing.

We confirm details and price
We reach out to go over your idea, talk through options, and give you a price for your piece.

You approve the quote, then pay a deposit
No payment until you have seen the price and said yes. Once you accept, Michelle sends a separate Square invoice for a 50% deposit with a secure payment link.

We make your item
Once your deposit is paid, work can begin on your piece, with care and a little Southern attitude.
Sending a request is not an order, and you are never charged just for asking.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Customers have two hours from the time the Square invoice is sent to pay the required 50% deposit or pay the invoice in full. If payment is not received within that period, the unpaid order may be canceled. Whether the customer pays the 50% deposit or the invoice in full, payment is refundable if cancellation is requested within two hours of the Square invoice being sent. After that two-hour window, payments are nonrefundable. The remaining balance may be paid at pickup, but the order must be paid in full before it is released to the customer.
